Shawn Kemp Dunk Video

Wednesday, February 8th, 2006

KempFrank is taking you back to the 90’s, when Clinton ruled; when Seinfeld was producing the hits we see 8 times a day on syndication, and when Shawn Kemp ruled above the rim.  If any one was a fan of the GP to Reign Man connection you have to check out the mind blowing dunks of Kemp.  This guy could fly before his nose became a little too hungry for the yak and he came back from the strike season looking like Oliver Miller.  Check it here.

Tuesday, February 7th, 2006

MfdoomVegetarians and Vegans beware.  MF Doom is receiving a heavy helping of beef and a biggie size of disrespect from former running partners the M.I.C.  The "Book of Daniel," is a dis-track that doesn’t just scratch the surface, it lays out Doom’s life and career.  Beware, this track is serious. This stuff burns more than your mother’s casserole.  To hear the fire click here.

If you live in New York and appreciate urban-influenced art, Jamila Pinckney is a name you should remember.  Pinckney, besides proclaiming herself Frank’s #1 fan, is a DC native and New York based artist with a very impressive resume.  Having exhibited at the Met and the National Gallery of Art, Pinckney describes her art as being influenced by graffiti, spirituality and the African American experience.  Intrigued?  Then you’re in luck.  She will be showcasing her art at the 125th street branch of the New York Public Library, an exhibition that continues throughout the month of February.  The opening for “Positive Energyâ€? is this Saturday at 3:30 PM, and further details can be viewed on the New York Public Library website, or here.
