David Healy, an environmental engineer and a friend of Frank – just got back from a trip to Lviv, Ukraine.  And he brought us pics.

For those who don’t know, the relatively young Ukraine scene is starting to pop off — following in the footsteps laid down by the rest of Europe.  Go here to see some crazy stylized Ukraine graf — there’s a crew of writers over there (Waone, et al) who piece all their work based on Ukranian folk tales… ill shit.   Well worth a look.

This is one of David’s.  Follow the jump to see more of his shots… plus some clips of writers getting up on stopped trains outside Lviv and Kiev…  And sure, some of the kids might still be a little toy. But you gotta understand, it’s good just to see this kind of thing popping off across Eastern Europe. You gotta respect the struggle.
