Music obsessed New Yorkers know Jay Smooth as the host of one of the top HipHop radio shows, the Underground Railroad (along with super DJs Emskee and Monkone), as well as the owner of the domain HiphopMusic.com, which has been a longtime destination for surfers of the web for years.
