British Minister's Questionable Expenses Exposed

UK ministers have been busted for using tax-payers monies to fund everything from their home improvement purchases to buying chocolate bars and porn. So far the claims have broken no real rules.

The long list of politicians whose expenses have been revealed since last week don't appear to have broken rules, but the claims are often notable for their pettiness or for appearing to push the limits of the system.

This is going over poorly in recession-hit Britain and comes at a time of increasing public disillusionment with Prime Minister Gordon Brown, as well as the political system in general.
