July 12th-31st will bring New York Restaraunt Week, where over 250 New York City restaurants will offer lunch for $24.07 and dinner for $35.00. This may not seem like such a great deal for those of you living hand-to-mouth, but have you been to a fine restaurant in NYC lately to see what dinner costs? Thought not.
