C1RCA Introduces Scott Decenzo

At this point, Scott no longer needs a major introduction.  He has managed to introduce himself through two PlanB video parts, multiple interviews and checkouts, recent covers on Thrasher and Color and more to come.  Scott has redefined what it means to be a real amateur skateboarder.
