Mally, Minneapolis Hungriest

By MPLS Lumberjacker Jon Jon Scott aka Sound Verite'

“Me and Minneapolis so close but so distant, just because I'm not kissing Slug's ass I'm dissing?” - Mally

Minneapolis freshest new MC Mally is hungry and ready to snap. On his long player The Passion he makes like a lost member of D.I.T.C. crew of the early/mid 90's NYC gimmick- free East Coast rap.  With a commanding delivery that hits you straight in face. The Passion showed great promise with lyrical precision via narratives of daily life and love for the art. It seems that was only the beginning.  Mally also contributed a ferocious lyrical assault  with his contribution to the March Of Time compilation, and its on this track “The Savior” that really sets shit off. I played it for some old heads and we must of rewind the track 10x in a row. Dude completely snaps on  “The Savior”. Toe to toe this kid can go up against any “battle MC”, anywhere.

“I only trust a nigga bout as far as I could throw him, and I  feel like  amputee, actively assassinating asinine”

“kicking zicker flows until I throw my whole hip out, I rap about rap, not about stacks, or clap bout gats half of ya''ll wack”
