StreetFunkTV interviews (a very young) Juvenile and Lil Wayne along with Baby. We can only surmise that this aired in 1999, as Sean Combs (also in the video) talks about his Forever album being in stores. Wayne claims he's about to turn 15 in the video, but if it is in fact 1999, that would make him more like 17. Was the homie lying about his age??
