Frank151 x Wacky Packs: Wall Graphics Giveaway!

We first posted on Wacky Packs—the classic spoof-item trading cards—back in April, with news of an alleged revival. Well, last week a company by the name of LTL Prints reached out to inform us that they would be licensing and printing original Wacky Packs art as "larger than life" wall graphics. According to the press release, "Wacky Packs Premium Wall Graphics are available in a range of customer-selected sizes up to seven feet tall, will stick to almost anything (walls, windows, doors - even ceilings!), and can be removed and re-hung 100 times without leaving a mark or damaging walls." We were always fans of the hillarious trading cards when we were younger, and also noticed that they were a pre-curser to a lot of trends in the graf, streetwear and art worlds. After all, streetwear and graf artists have been mocking commercial packaging for years, for example in the legendary artwork of artists like Steve Powers AKA Espo, or even the work of Andy Worhol. Any way you cut it, making fun of the mainstream is fun as hell.

The Wacky Packs guys were even nice enough to send us a few cut outs of some our favorite products, like Life Servers and My Spittle Pony. We put some up around the office and saw that they went well with our art collection, which includes Ricky Powell, Shepard Fairey, MQ, Stay High 149, OG James Top, and Ramm:Ell:Zee.

We here at Frank151 want you to share in the nostalgia, so the next three people who register to the FDL and make complete profiles (photo and info) will receive a free "Jerky Fruits" Wacky Pack wall graphic!

Otherwise, you can purchase Wacky Packs and other wall graphics here.
