Gin Clouds, Cognac Lakes & Chocolate Waterfalls (Video)

So, yesterday I was poking around some food site and I discovered these two bow-tie wearing young fellows known as "Bompas and Parr." They are "jelly architects," (what jell-o is called in England) which is kinda weird and cool, they have made, among other things, a jell-o airport, for example. But the really amazing thing they do is design "food experiences" for fancy parties. For example, one party they threw, there were no drinks, they just pumped an overproof gin mist into the air, so thick, "you couldn't even see your friend if they were a meter away." Then, probably just because they could, they once flooded a building with cognac punch, so that you could boat around on it. That sounds like a dream I once had. I also saw on their site that they just finished building a five tonne chocolate waterfall. I can't wait to see pictures. See their site for even weirder stuff than is in this video.
