Frank Discussions: Aleon Craft

We all know funk and hiphop is the best father-son relationship music has ever seen, but this upcoming project between Aleon Craft and George Clinton will have the world of music lovers completely googily-eyed! As the project Mothership: The Decatur Connection is vastly approaching - December 20th to be exact - the ATLien of the duo Aleon Craft took some time out for a Frank Discussion:

And you might know me because...I'm also apart of the rap duo Da BackWudz

The best thing about what I do is...Being able to do what I love. Blending and creating sounds. 

And the worst part is...I'll be doing this forever, but is that really a bad thing though?

The most addictive thing in my life right now is...Music. The music. I'm too far gone on it right now!

More people should know that...No one owes us anything. The things that we want out of life have to be obtained through hard work, focus, and prayer. Follow your dreams.

I always notice when...The rain is coming...

It'll always be in style to...Create songs. Music is life.

But never...Be fake and/or arrogant.

Someone from the past who will never forget me is...Any female who has ever touched my beard...

Something I will never understand is...Why Da BackWudz haven't released, Wood Shop, the second LP yet....

The best thing about Atlanta is...The music, food, and hospitality.
