"Welcome To The Neighborhood" (Video)
Frank friend Matt Charof (he filmed our introduction to Chapter 46 curator Steve Olson, as well as Rockie Fresh) has just finished the pilot to his Welcome To The Neighborhood series. A tightly directed short that recalls the real-life shock factor of Guy Richie films and the street-poetic scripts of Quentin Tarantino, the first episode is based on a series of events in the Bronx that actually happened. If you liked Welcome To The Neighborhood pilot, a perhaps you could give a token of appreciation over at Kickstarter, where they're trying to make filming the rest of the series a reality.
