Roger Miret, who interviewed his mother for Frank Chapter 42: Cuba, spoke with us just down the block from Santos Party House in NYC before the last show of the Victim In Pain 25th Anniversary tour. He explains how NYC helped shape hardcore in its formative stages and speaks on how the City has changed.
