Caracas

Small and seemingly always busy, Caracas Arepa Bar in East Village is "devoted to the pleasures of homemade Venezuelan food." The menu centers around the arepa, which are corn-flour rounds that resemble a tortillam, and can be served stuffed or plain. This is definitely a place worth checking out.
