While Italian restaurants in the city are in no short supply, Spina stands out as a small, vibrant restaurant in the East Village. Incredible food and an intimate dining space results in a truly pleasant dining experience. All of the pastas they serve are freshly handmade daily in full view of guests, with varieties including pappardelle, malloreddus, maccheroncini, and gnocchi. Spina also aims towards authenticity by using imported and in-season products and ingredients.
