Its been a couple years since VIPS has opened up in my town but its been doing well selling many of the local's latest. Small but cofortable while not only being a small urban appearal store its also a recording studio for local some local rappers. while not only that its under a tattoo shop(Evolution Tattoo)and across the street from a Spy shop(actual spy shop not the brand)
